Paul Dunn, has been influential in the pioneering and implementation of blended residential and online curriculum. This innovative approach to postsecondary education and scheduling has been especially successful in helping students continue to maintain a livelihood, while pursuing their academic goals.

Dr. Dunn has worked in the higher education field for 25 years. His expertise ranges from education administration as a college President and Chief Academic Officer, to university and college faculty member, to proficiency in student services as a student and career counselor. Most recently he has worked as an educational consultant assisting institutions of higher education with new program and curriculum development, online education and educational technology, accreditation compliance and site-review issues, education leadership and organizational analysis, market research and analysis, and community outreach and promotion.

Dr. Dunn received his Ph.D. in education from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1991. His doctoral areas of concentration include curriculum design and development, organizational development, leadership, human relations, and theoretical and historical foundations of education. He also holds an M.A. in counseling psychology with an emphasis in counseling, career development, and student personnel.
